Functional Medicine & Wellness in Clermont, Florida

A deeper evaluation when the question needs more context.

Functional Wellness is a separate care path for people who want more time to review health history, patterns, lifestyle, laboratory information, and appropriate next steps. Superior also offers separately priced IV hydration and injection services for appropriate patients who are looking for a more focused wellness service.

A broader look at the question

Start with history, patterns, and the information already available.

Functional Wellness is designed for situations where the most useful next step is not simply another short visit. The process creates room to organize the history, review relevant laboratory information, discuss patterns that may deserve attention, and determine what additional evaluation or follow-up is appropriate.

The purpose is not to promise one explanation for every symptom. It is to create a structured evaluation in which the available information can be reviewed together and the next clinical step can be discussed clearly.

If you already have recent laboratory results, the $197 evaluation and review option may be the simpler starting point. If additional laboratory work needs to be ordered and reviewed later, the $267 option includes the initial evaluation and a separate 30-minute follow-up review; laboratory charges themselves are not included.

Focused wellness services

Looking for IV hydration or an injection instead of a full Functional Wellness evaluation?

Superior also offers separately priced IV hydration and injection services. These are a different starting point from a full Functional Wellness evaluation, which is why the services now have their own page with current published pricing and a clearer explanation of how to request them.

Vitamin injections

Injection services from $20

Published injection pricing includes Vitamin B12 at $20, Vitamin D at $35, and the Skinny Shot at $35. Additional injection options may be available and are confirmed directly with the practice.

IV hydration

Published IV options from $120

Superior's current pricing list includes multiple IV formulations ranging from $120 to $150. Clinical screening and current availability are confirmed before treatment.

Weight Loss Transformation

A structured program for patients who want ongoing clinician-guided support.

The Weight Loss Transformation program begins with a $200 initial consultation. Ongoing treatment is $165 per month. Medication, when used, is an additional cost and may be available at a discounted rate.

The program is separate from standard Direct Primary Care membership. If you are not sure whether you need a one-time evaluation, the ongoing transformation program, or routine primary care, use the general inquiry route and tell Superior what you are trying to accomplish.

Hormone-focused care

A separate program for patients seeking hormone evaluation and ongoing monitoring.

The Hormone Program begins with a $200 initial consultation and continues at $150 per month for ongoing monitoring. The clinical plan, follow-up schedule, laboratory needs, and any medication costs depend on the individual evaluation and current program requirements.

Because hormone-focused care and Functional Wellness can overlap in the questions they explore, the appropriate starting point is determined by what you want evaluated and the clinical information available at the time you begin.

A relationship-centered approach

More time can help make a complicated health story easier to organize.

Functional Wellness does not replace emergency care, hospital care, or specialist care when those services are needed. It provides a structured setting for evaluation and discussion when a concern needs more context.

That distinction matters. The goal is to help you understand what this service is for before you spend time or money on the wrong care path. If your primary need is routine primary care, Direct Primary Care may be the better starting point. If your goal is a deeper evaluation, Functional Wellness may fit. If you are specifically looking for IV hydration or an injection, use the dedicated IV and Injection Services page.
